CRAFT DRAFT looks to preserve the traditional crafts of the Fes Medina by sharing skills and knowledge. Participants at CRAFT DRAFT apprenticeships become part of a trade that traditionally could only be entered into by young Fessi apprentices. Learning about the history of and threats to the tradition, they go away with invaluable skills, as well as a greater understanding of both the importance of the preservation of particular crafts, but also a sense for the importance of preservation of traditional crafts generally.
Apprenticeships are not limited and can be modelled according to your needs.

In a unique approach, apprentices first participate in a series of weekly online classes focused on Moroccan geometry, which serves as a precursor to their hands-on craft apprenticeship in Fes.
